Descriere
Named after the « Serbal » tree, also known as the « Lady of the Mountains », or Mountain Ash tree in English. It is depicted in Celtic mythology as a guardian against evil spirits. It grows 15 meters high on the hillsides of the mountains. The tree is beautiful the whole year round: it has white flowers in spring; small red fruits in summer and extraordinary colors in autumn. Serbal translates to French as “Sorbier”.
Serbal is the young and fruity line of wines of the winery. Made with grapes from vineyards located in San Jose, Tupungato at 1,300 m.a.s.l.
