Maturing: in 25 hectolitre French barrels for at least one and a half years. In the bottle for a least 6 months
Colour: garnet red with orange nuances
Aroma: intense, with good complexity and elegance, frank olfactory bouquet, floral with notes of violet, fruity with notes of blackberry and raspberry, and spicy with notes of black pepper and coffee
Taste: dry, warm, soft, with a precise vinous flavour creating roundness, enhanced by the discreet presence of tannins.
