San Venanzio Cuvee Omnia

Sparkling white wine – Italian (Charmat method)
Omnia, from the Latin “everything”, a simple word which reminds to the winemaking of Ancient times, as preserved in the poems of San Venanzio Fortunato, and handed down from one generation to another in the small vineyard of our family.
By the new sparkling wine extra dry Omnia, we’ve drawn on an old family receipe, a traditional blend of local grapes.
